Interview Summary

I grew up in Peristeri, surrounded by Jules Verne books and an innate curiosity about how things — and people — work. This curiosity led me to psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most evidence-based approaches in the field of mental health.
I've written a book about anger management because I see around me the need for effective anxiety treatment and depression treatment — I see a lot of anger, a lot of sadness, and very few useful tools in the hands of the people who experience them.
Modern man is pressured from all sides. When there is no way out, mental fatigue breaks out — often in the people we love most.
CBT is not a magic wand. It's a methodology: you learn to observe yourself, identify the thoughts behind what you feel, and make specific changes. Short-term, effective, practical.
There is a difference between "feeling good" and "doing well."
